Bill Laurance and his trio gave a memorable performance on the Festival’s main stage in 2022. A classically trained pianist, composer, and remarkable improviser, he is one of the driving forces behind the ensemble Snarky Puppy, founded by Michael League. The two long-time friends recently joined forces for a stunning duo project. For this solo concert, he presents his new, highly personal and introspective album. Recorded in the quite of the night in a church, Lumen captures a rare communion between artist, instrument, and venue. An almost spiritual experience guided by music, it will be shared by the keyboardist at the Temple de Cully.
