Article 1 – Contractual relationship
The liability of the supplier towards the buyer is exclusively limited to that of a service provider. The supplier cannot be held responsible for any modification decided by the organizer.
Article 2 – Ticket price & rules
2.1 Print-at-Home-ticket prices are given in CHF or EURO all taxes included.
2.2 All orders, whatever their origins, can only be paid via Internet (see Art.3)
2.3 In case of loss, theft of the ticket or cancellation of the event, no refunds will be made, unless additional terms were set by the organizer (see Art. 7)
2.4 The supplier reserves itself the right to modify his prices at any moment but the products will be invoiced according to the effective prices when ordering.
Article 3 – Internet payments
3.1 Payment methods are limited to the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, as well as Postcard via Yellownet.
3.2 The supplier has entrusted CyberMut with its online payment system. CyberMut is a provider specialized in secured online payments. This provider guarantees a total confidentiality of your bank details, secured with the SSL protocol that systematically checks the validity of access rights when you pay with a credit card and encrypts all transactions to guarantee the confidentiality.
Article 4 – Order confirmation
4.1 When you tick the I have read, understood and accept these general terms and I want to pay box when selecting the payment method, you declare you accept these terms without reserve. The data registered in the Infomaniak Print-at-Home -tickets ticketing service is evidence and constitutes proof of all transactions made.
Article 5 – Print-at-Home-tickets & printing
5.1 Print-at-Home-ticket is only valid if it is printed on a white A4-size piece of paper, blank on both sides. The entrance to the event is submitted to the validity check of your e-ticket via both printed barcodes.
5.2 A good printing quality is necessary. Print-at-Home-tickets partially printed, dirtied, damaged or illegible won’t be accepted and will be considered as not valid. In case of accident or bad printing quality, you have to print your PDF file again. To check the good printing quality, make sure the information written on the Print-at-Home-ticket as well as the barcode are readable.
Article 6 – Practical information & rules
6.1 In general we strongly advise you to arrive at the latest 30 minutes before the event starts.
6.2 During the event, clients commit themselves in respecting rules of good behaviour and security set by the organizer. In addition to that, buying this Print-at-Home-ticket implies the agreement of the event venue’s internal rules.
Article 7 – Cancellation
7.1 A Print-at-Home-ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
